Cheffaro Aroma Meat Curry Paste 200g Tumisan Kari Daging Aroma / 咖喱肉类即煮酱料
Ingredients: Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil), Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Bird Eye Chilli, Turmeric, Fennel Seeds, Dried Chilli, Curry Powder, Chilli Powder, Coriander Seeds, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Clove, Black Pepper, Salt, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate (E621), Sodium Benzoic (E211)
May contains traces of Dried Shrimp, Candle Nut and Peanut
No added artificial colouring
Cooking Instructions:
1) Preheat wok. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and sauté dice cut onion until fragrant.
Add in 200g Cheffaro Aroma Meat Curry Paste and stir fry for 1 minute.
Add in 1kg boneless meat, stir for 2 minutes under medium heat and add water.
Chicken Add 500ml water Simmer in medium flame for 10 minutes Beef Add 1000ml-1200ml water Simmer in medium flame for 30 minutes
2) Add in 2 teaspoon of toasted fennel powder and stir fry for 1 minute. Serve hot.
Storage Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight and heat. Refrigerate after opening.
