Angelica Sinensis, Polygonatum Odoratum, Cinnamon (Kayu Manis), Rehmania Glutinosa, White Paper (Lada Putih), Radix Codonopsitis, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Rhizoma Ligustici, Radix Ginseng, Star Anise (Bunga Lawang) and Fennel (Jintan Manis)
Cooking Instructions :
1) In a large pot, boil 2 filter bags Tean's Gourmet Klang Herbs & Spices for Soup Kau in 1.5L of water for 30mins.
2) Add in 1kg ribs or meat (mutton, beef or other) after cut to prefered size. Add in 3 whole garlic bulbs, 1.5 tsp dark & light soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce to the boiling soup.
3) Simmer for 1 hour. Serve hot with white rice.
