Description
Uncle James BaKuTeh is the most popular Chinese Dish Originating from Klang, Malaysia.
Serving per packet - 2-3ppl (45g)
Serving per box - 5-6ppl (2 packets x 45g)
Direction -
1) Bring to boil 1.6L water.
2) Add 2 packets of Uncle James Bakuteh and 100g of garlic cloves (2 whole bulbs).
Boil for 30 minutes at low heat.
3) Add 1kg meat and 2 packets of Soya Sauce and boil for 60 minutes at low heat.
4) Serve hot :)
1) 将1.6 公升的水煮沸。
2) 加入2包Uncle James 肉骨茶香料和100克的蒜头 (2整粒)
3) 加入1公斤肉和2包酱油继续用小火煮60分钟。
4) 趁热享用。
