Description
功效 : 养阴润肺, 滋补强身, 养血安神
Good for tonifying lung and help to replenish qi & blood.
材料 :
虫草花, 枸杞子, 淮山, 玉竹, 红枣
煮法 :
1.汤料用水冲洗干净后，加入适量的清水放入锅。
2.放入洗干净的肉后, 大火煮开及撇去上面的浮沫。
3.然后加上盖子,关小火慢煲2 - 3个小时。
4.煮好之后加盐调味, 煮滚后即可食用。
PREP:
1. Rinse all herbs. Pour all the soup ingredients into pot.
2. Add water, bring to boil and then simmer for 2 - 3 hours.
3. Add salt or soya sauce as desired.
