Description
功效 : 开胃润肺，滋阴润燥，养肺止咳，益胃生津
Good for tonifying the lung and clears phlegm from chronic coughs.
煮法 :
1.汤料用水冲洗干净后，加入适量的清水放入锅。
2.放入洗干净的肉后, 大火煮开及撇去上面的浮沫。
3.然后加上盖子,关小火慢煲1个小时。
4.煮好之后加盐调味, 也可加少许鸡精后即可食用。
PREP:
1. Rinse all herbs. Pour all the soup ingredients into pot.
2. Add water, bring to boil and then simmer for 1 hour.
3. Add salt or soya sauce as desired.
