Description
功效 : 清热解渴, 潤肺止咳, 滋润养颜
Good for tonifying the lung and clears phlegm from chronic coughs.
煮法 :
1.所有材料用水冲洗干净后，加入适量的清水放入锅。
2.大火煮开后, 撇去上面的浮沫.
3.然后加上盖子,关小火慢煲1个小时.
4.煮好之后加冰糖或黄糖调味, 煮滚后即可食用.
PREP:
1. Rinse all herbs. Pour all the soup ingredients into pot.
2. Add water, bring to boil and then simmer for 1 hour.
3. Add brown sugar as desired.
