功效 : 活血提神, 气血双补, 治腰背痛
Good for build up a stronger constitution and help to replenish qi and blood.
材料 :
炙甘草, 熟地, 黑枣, 白芍, 白术, 党参, 平片, 川芎, 黄芪, 当归, 桂枝, 枸杞子
煮法 :
1.汤料用水冲洗干净后，加入适量的清水放入锅。
2.放入洗干净的肉后, 大火煮开及撇去上面的浮沫。
3.然后加上盖子,关小火慢煲2-3个小时。
4.煮好之后加盐调味, 煮滚后即可食用。
PREP:
1. Rinse all herbs. Pour all the soup ingredients into pot.
2. Add water, bring to boil with meat or ribs and simmer with low heat for 2 to 3 hours.
3. Add salt or soya sauce as desired.
