功效 : 清热解燥, 润肺安神, 和胃生津
Good for tonifying the lung, heat release and nourishing stomach
材料 :
枸杞子, 广西虫草, 平片, 淮山, 红枣, 党参, 玉竹
煮法 :
1.汤料用水冲洗干净后，加入适量的清水放入锅。
2.放入洗干净的肉后, 大火煮开及撇去上面的浮沫。
3.然后加上盖子,关小火慢煲1个小时。
4.煮好之后加盐调味, 煮滚后即可食用。
PREP:
1. Rinse all herbs. Pour all the soup ingredients into pot.
2. Add water, bring to boil and then simmer for 1 hour.
3. Add salt or soya sauce as desired.
