Description
功效 : 强心补肺, 宁神养血, 延缓衰老
Help strengthen the heart and lungs, relieve mental stress & calm the mind, anti-aging
可供4人份, Serves 4 persons
煮法 :
1.汤料用水冲洗干净后，加入适量的清水 (1.5L to 2L) 放入锅。
2.放入洗干净的鸡或排骨后, 大火煮开。
3.撇去上面的浮沫后,加上盖子,关小火慢煲两到三个小时。
4.煮好之后加盐调味, 煮滚后即可食用。
PREP:
1. Rinse all herbs. Pour all the soup ingredients into pot & add around 1.5L to 2L water.
2. Bring to boil with meat or ribs & simmer with low heat for 2 to 3 hours.
3. Add salt or soya sauce as desired. Serve and enjoy !
