功效 : 滋阴固肾, 健脾补胃, 降低胆固醇

材料 :
猴头菇, 枸杞子, 党参, 黄芪, 淮山, 红枣, 龙眼
煮法 :
1.猴头菇用温水泡发2个小时，洗净切片
2.汤料用水冲洗干净后，加入适量的清水放入锅。
3.放入洗干净的肉后, 大火煮开及撇去上面的浮沫。
4.然后加上盖子,关小火慢煲1个小时。
5.煮好之后加盐调味, 煮滚后即可食用。
PREP:
1. Rinse all herbs. Pour all the soup ingredients into pot.
2. Add water, bring to boil and then simmer for 1 hour.
3. Add salt or soya sauce as desired.
