可供4人份, Serves 4 persons
煮法 :
1.汤料用水冲洗干净后，加入适量的清水(1.5L to 2L)放入锅。
2.放入洗干净的肉后, 大火煮开及撇去上面的浮沫。
3.然后加上盖子,关小火慢煲一到两个小时。
4.煮好之后加盐调味, 煮滚后即可食用。
PREP:
1. Rinse all herbs. Pour all the soup ingredients into pot.
2. Add 1.5L to 2L water, bring to boil and then simmer with low heat for 1 to 2 hours.
3. Add salt or soya sauce as desired. Serve and enjoy!
