功效 : 排除恶露, 养血祛瘀, 调节子宮收縮
Help in clearing blood stasis and tissue from the uterus. Good for stimulates blood flow and relieves pain. 

材料 :
红花, 白二归片, 川芎, 天麻, 炙甘草, 炮姜, 光桃仁

煮法 :
1.取出红花，汤煮好后才使用。
2.四碗清水放入锅煮滚后，加入洗干净的汤料。
3.大火煮开及撇去上面的浮沫,关小火慢煲1个小时。
4.红花放入碗，把煮好的生化汤倒入搅拌均匀分成早晚服用。

PREP: 
1. Pour all the soup ingredients into pot “except the Saffron”. 
2. Add water, bring to boil and then simmer for 1 hour.
3. Put the Saffron in the bowl, pour the boiled soup into the bowl & stir together.
4. Kindly divide into 2 bowls and consume the soup in the Morning & Evening.

Caution 温馨提醒 :
自然产产妇 - 产后第2或3天后才能饮用, 大约持续5-7天。
剖腹产产妇 - 产后第5天及排气后才能饮用，大约持续3-5天。
子宮異常出血,产后发烧发炎,恶露过多,严重腹痛都不可饮用。

Natural Birth : Start 2-3 days after labour & continiuning for 5-7 days  depends on the excretion of lochia. 
C-Section       : Start 5 days after labour & continuing for 3-5 days depends on the excretion of lochia.

If hemorrhage is happening, stop and contact doctor immediately.
Do not use during pregnancy & avoid from Children. 
Do not use if there is a tendency for bleeding, or if there is any bleeding disorder present.
