Description
功效 : 滋阴养颜, 润燥润肺, 治心虚热痛
Good for skin beauty, helps to clear the liver & nourishes lungs.
可供4人份, Serves 4 persons
煮法 :
1 响螺，银耳提前泡水，响螺过夜，银耳2个小时。
2.汤料用水冲洗干净后，加入适量的清水(2L)放入锅。
3.放入洗干净的肉后, 大火煮开及撇去上面的浮沫。
4.然后加上盖子,关小火慢煲一到两个小时。
5.煮好之后加盐调味, 煮滚后即可食用。
PREP:
1. Pre-soak dried conch overnight, and white fungus for 2 hours.
2. Rinse all herbs. Pour all the soup ingredients into pot & add 2L water.
3. Bring to boil with meat & simmer with low heat for 1 to 2 hours.
4. Add salt or soya sauce as desired.
