适用：
运动疲劳 ,关节疼痛 ,改善睡眠 ,缓解精神压力 ,减少疲劳 , 促进血液循环和新陈代谢
用法：
1. 将一包古方足浴草药放入1-2公升的水中煮沸5-10分钟。
2. 或者可以把足浴草药放入沸水中泡5-10分钟，再加入适量温水或冷水调至适当温度后即可使用（水温以40度左右为宜）。
3. 水必须淹过脚踝。
Traditional Herbal Foot Bath
Suitable for:
Reduce sports fatigue, joint pains, sleeping disorder and stress through improved blood circulation and promote cellular growth and renewal
Method of application:
Place one packet into a container of 1-2 liter of boiling water and leave to simmer (recommended temperature of 40°C) before soaking the feet (water level should be above the ankle).
